Fried mushrooms are a favorite snack or appetizer (and occasionally a side). Making them at home in my air fryer makes them even easier to enjoy (and harder to say no to).

Ingredients:
Wet Dredging Ingredients :
1 pound crimini mushrooms also known as baby portobellas. White button mushrooms are okay
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon creole seasoning I used Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning recipe
Dry Dredging Ingredients (or use about 1.5-2 cups of KFO Dry Dredging Mix recipe) :

Instructions:

Wipe any surface dirt from mushrooms. Cut your mushrooms into quarters.

Combine wet dredging ingredients together, in a dish or a bowl.

Combine dry dredging mix ingredients (or use about 1.5 to 2 cups of KFO Dry Dredging Mix recipe).
