Coconut Cream Pie


Ingredients:
FOR THE COCONUT CUSTARD :
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions:
